Bio-Pak® is so versatile that it’s perfect for hotels. Many chefs are replacing the old 5 and 10 pound handled barn boxes with Bio-Pak #3 and #4. Because Bio-Pak is rectangular, meals and boxed lunches can be prepared ahead of time, stacked and refrigerated. When you’re ready, just wheel them out and serve. Because Bio-Pak is leak and grease resistant, hotel chefs can use them for full entrées, golf course lunches, convention lunches, fishing lunches, or special executive lunches. Use Bio-Pak #1 and #8 for restaurant leftovers, desserts to go, or as a complimentary gift box for hand-dipped chocolate treats for your guests.
